The Indiana Jones House of God puzzle box can be found in the Vatican in The Great Circle. It has a simple solution but because moving the big obvious lever on the front prevents you from seeing what it’s doing, you can miss what’s going on and make things harder than they need to be.
You’ll find the House of God puzzle via the Borgia Courtyard you enter at the start of the Vatican area - if you climb the scaffolding behind the giant red Mussolini poster you’ll be able to reach it through a widow. Although later you’ll unlock a few different route to get there as you explore and unlock different areas. It’s a surprisingly simple puzzle to solve but that almost makes it easier to get wrong if you’re expecting something more complicated. Plus, if you look the wrong way it can be easy to miss that you’ve done anything at all. I say that as someone who moved the lever right, looked right and assumed I’d got it wrong because there was nothing there.
