The Indiana Jones cellar crate code can be a confusing lockbox stash to open. Mainly because the combination is very easy to miss if you don’t realise there’s a barely mentioned mechanic you need to use to get it. The code is actually in the room with you in the Great Circle though, just as long as you know where to check. Here’s what you need to do if you want to get that cellar lockbox open.

The Indiana Jones cellar lockbox is found down some stairs, just around the corner from the Vatican post office. You’ll probably discover it as part of the Savage Discovery quest when you’re sent looking for the stone tablet in the same room. That will get you the cellar key you need to get into the basement, where you’ll find the crate with lock. There’s also an inscription here you can photograph for Father Antonio inIndiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Pick up the Lockbox note from the guard and you’ll find it says the code is ‘November last year’.With the game taking place in 1937 that gives us 1936 and 11 for the month. Although much like theIndiana Jones ticket stub codeor theSecret of Secrets safe codeyou’ll have numbers but no indication of what order they go in. It’s basically what you probably think though, and theIndiana Jones cellar lockbox code is 1136.

Open it up the crate and inside you’ll find a new Indiana Jones book called Street Scrapper 1, which will increase your damage with melee weapons. If you already have the camera at this point don’t forget to photograph the inscription while you’re there.
