The Indiana Jones Secret of Secrets safe code has you finding a combination from a planetary chart and two saint statues, Peter and Paul in this mystery. While you have all the info, more or less, what can make this harder to solve in the Great Circle is that one symbols is missing from the chart, and two of them are easy to get mixed up. If you’re struggling then here’s everything you need to know to open the Secret of Secrets safe code.

Explore a bit further and you’ll find a planetary chart in the desk drawernear the safe, that has symbols matching the ones on the statues:

However, where things get confusing is that it’s not clear what order the symbols should go in (similar to theIndiana Jones ticket stub code) and there’s a fourth symbol that is missing on the chart. Two of the symbols on the Saint statues are also very similar and it’s very easy to miss that some have a dot and some don’t.
However, work out the missing symbol value and read off the correct statue symbols from the the chart and it gets you this asthe Indiana Jones safe code for Secret of Secrets:

Use that code to get the safe open and you’ll find the fabled Secret Secretorum, which turns out to be a fake book you can just drop, an Indiana Jones book, Cutman 1, which improves health regeneration, and a note from Nicoletti saying he’s locked the book away to save it for Ventura and a ‘German ally’. You’ll also get 100 Adventure Points for completing the mystery.
