To change your appearance in Dragon’s Dogma 2, or alter your Pawn’s appearance, you need to go to a special shop called a Barberie and use single-use items to have your appearance tweaked. There are elements like hair and makeup you can adjust for gold - a lot of gold, admittedly - but actual plastic surgery inDragon’s Dogma 2will require a special book. What, that’s not intuitive?
