In the scene ‘Things are looking up’ you’ll find yourself walking home alone through the snow after Safi exits the rooftop party.Follow the path until you reach a fork and follow the left-hand path to reach the Polaroid.But be careful- following the right-side route will prompt a cutscene you can’t walk back from.
