The best Palworld starter isn’t given to you, but one you’ll have to go and catch yourself. That means that technically a starter Pal could be anything, depending on how ambitious you’re feeling, but the reality is that you need to catch from the pool of available Pals in the starting area - though that’s still a pretty broad spectrum of options.
