X-Men: Days of Future Pasthit theaters 10 years ago today – and fans are showering the film with the love and praise it didn’t receive back then.
The absolutely star-studded cast starred James McAvoy as a young Professor Charles Xavier, Michael Fassbender as a young Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Halle Berry as Storm, Peter Dinklage as Boliver Trask, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, and Elliot Page as Kitty Pryde.

The film did well at the global box office and received some critical acclaim, but ultimately remains one of the most underrated installments in Fox’s pre-MCU X-Men franchise. Both X-Men ‘97 and Deadpool & Wolverine have ignited interest in the superhero group…but we’re still waiting on X-Men’s proper introduction into the MCU.
